Tarryn Chatz
Tarryn is the founder of TCC & Associates. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Dalhousie University, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. She has experience facilitating groups, working with couples, families and individuals. Tarryn works with children, adolescents and adults, couples and families. Her approach is holistic, client centered and trauma informed. She has facilitated and co-facilitated support groups on Anxiety, Addictions and Depression focused on providing group members with tools to cope and gain mastery over mood. Tarryn is also EMDR Certified.
Nicole Waldston
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. Nicole has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families and children of all ages. Nicole takes a holistic approach when working with clients and focuses treatment using CBT, trauma based and mind-body connection.
Marlee Harendorf
Marlee earned a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work from Ryerson University. Marlee has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with Addictions and Mental Health. Marlee uses a client-centered, holistic and trauma-informed approach when working with clients and combines a variety of therapies such as CBT and DBT.
Margie Bader
Margie holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and a Master of Social Work from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in Philadelphia. Margie has had extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families. She has been a supervisor of fellow counsellors. Margie takes a holistic approach in her work with clients and has been trained in Psychodynamic, CBT and Trauma informed treatments.
Ashley King
Ashley holds Bachelors Degrees in Psychology (Western University) and Social Work (Lakehead University), a Master of Social Work (Wilfrid Laurier University) and a Master of Health Management (McMaster University). Ashley is an Adjunct Lecturer with the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto and has extensive experience as a supervisor and clinician. Ashley specializes in trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, and chronic pain management.
Neervana Ramotar
Neervana earned her MSW at the University of Toronto specializing in Health and Mental Health. As a therapist, Neervana’s work is grounded in non-judgment, empathy, and compassion. In her practice, she draws on evidence-based interventions such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma Therapy.
Alyssa Tanz
Alyssa completed a Masters of Social Work from Wurzweiller School of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York. Alyssa has experience as both a clinician and supervisor and specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, problematic substance use and family stress. Alyssa utilizes a number of different therapeutic modalities to enhance her clients’ own strengths and resiliencies. Alyssa is trained in DBT, CBT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy and Trauma Informed Interventions.
Inna Sepia
Inna holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Lakehead University and a Master of Social Work from McMaster University. Inna is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients that allows them to tap into their intuition and inner wisdom in order to thrive. Inna has extensive experience as a Child and Family Therapist providing individual counselling and group therapy. Inna is trained and experienced in Solutions Focused Counselling, CBT, Narrative therapy, Trauma treatment and Mindfulness. Inna uses a holistic approach to meet clients where they are and support them in achieving their fullest potential.
Steph Briskin
Steph holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cross Disciplinary Studies from the University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from York University, and a Master of Social Work Degree (MSW) from the University of Toronto. . Steph focuses on providing virtual and/or in-home counselling support to children, youth, and their families. Steph specializes in trauma, separation and divorce, fertility, anxiety, depression and other child-specific and family-life stressors. Steph is a self-described ‘student-by-nature’ and works from a client-centered approach. This means that her clients are respected as the experts in their life. She also works with a focus on anti-oppression, anti-black racism, and as an ally to the LGBT2Q+ communities. Steph uses a myriad of therapeutic modalities including; play, art, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
Shawna Gorsky
Shawna holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Toronto. Shawna has had extensive experience working with children, youth and adults experiencing a range of personal and interpersonal challenges including anxiety & depression. Shawna utilizes a strengths based and trauma informed approach to help her clients explore their experiences and emotions and develop new ways of coping with life's challenges. Shawna has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness.
